By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer services team before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and Blue Summer for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

  1. 1. Conformity Of Goods : We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
  2. 2. Price and VAT : All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) or in euro (€). Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

Payment
Payment is due as soon as the order has been made. We accept payment by PayPal, which is safe and easy to use. You don’t have to be a member of PayPal to use this service. You may pay for your order using the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other cards accepted by Paypal. All transactions are processed in £ Sterling. We are confident that the security measures put in place to ensure your card number is encrypted allow you total confidence to buy without risk. You can also pay for your order using bank check. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology
The security of your order information and personal details (including your credit or debit card details) is very important to us. We use up-to-the-minute Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to assure that your personal information is encrypted. This ensures that your credit card details remain scrambled when they pass over the web. You can confirm the security of your connection to the checkout page by checking the bottom of your browser window. When the connection is secure you will see a closed lock. It is completely secure to order online. Your card details are not held on the internet. Once payment has been validated and authorization approved, the card details are deleted. This means that you will have to repeat your card details for every online order – a small inconvenience, but one that makes it completely safe to order online.
Delivery
if your goods are in stock they will be dispatched within 2 working days maximum of receiving the order. However, most orders are dispatched within a few days. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund. If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at contact@bluesummerboutique.com quoting your Order Reference No, Date order placed, Name. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays when you will receive confirmation on the following working day.
Returns Policy
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.Should you wish to return your goods for a refund, exchange or credit note, this is simple, please follow our returns policy:
  1. 1. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  2. 2. All items must be returned in unused and saleable condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn, damaged or not in a saleable condition.
  3. 3. Email us at contact@bluesummerboutique.com quoting your Order Reference No, Date order placed and Name. You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to inscribe on your return form.
  4. 4. Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order number and RMA number as this will help speed up the refund process. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of returning your item. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated.
  5. 5. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items.
  6. 6. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
  7. 7. If you are returning a present we have to refund the person who paid for it. We are happy to exchange your gift but we will also have to inform the original purchaser.
